Missouri Public Health AssociationKeymasterWe do not use VaxCare but when we do ‘offsite’ we get consents first, check insurance then go do them another day. This is helpful when you are doing employees of a place ie schools.

Missouri Public Health AssociationKeymasterAssuming your billing for adults, then bill the vaccine to their medicaid, you have to use NDC #, dose and your script # then you will bill the office visit 90480 to the managed medicaid plan. You can try to bill it all the straight medicaid but they always deny it.

Missouri Public Health AssociationKeymasterSo this goes way back in my history —- when a patient is on hospice that hospice has to supply ALL care and medication. I don’t know what service you are providing but stop now before you get too deep in debt. They will not pay unless you can get the hospice to pay for your service.
