    Hello, I am having issues with UHC not paying our claims, one person has said “Wrong payer ID” for Medicaid claims (87726) Then when we rebill it to the payer ID they said (86048) It still doesn’t acknowledge it. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Hello,

    87726 for UH ( united healthcare) private insurance
    39026 for UMR (united medical resources) private insurance
    86050 for UHM (United Healthcare Midwest aka community plan) medicaid Also, Don’t forget the QW code in the A modifier spot when billing hbg and lead
