Hello All~
We have not received a payment from UHC in about a month. All RA’s are being returned to us with coding N258-Missing/incomplete/invalid billing provider/supplier address and CO16- Claim/service lacks information or has submission/billing error(s).
We were told that it is because we have a mailing address that is a PO Box (on the RA) and that it doesn’t match the billing address which is our physical address. Is anyone else having this issue?
