UHC Denial

At the conference they said if United Health Care denied a claim we could bill to straight Medicaid and they would pay it. We had to copy the denial to the claim. So my question is do we do this as a paper claim or where on Mo Health Net Portal, do I go? Thanks

Yes they said that but I have never heard of it. Would be interesting to know how that works out for you.

I have been looking into this as well. McDonald county does it by paper on other denials, but has not done it specifically for this. I have called Dana at MO Healthnet and left her a message, but she has not returned my call as of yet. I will let you know when I hear back from her.
