    Is anybody getting denied the administration fee on immunization claims from UHC? I got two today and don’t understand why. Thanks.

    we are getting paid $15.31 for admin 99211. Is that what your getting denial on? If they were paying before and now denying maybe its an error on their end or what denial code did you get?
