    We have a different doctor that signed our standing orders and am wondering how I change to new Doctor’s NPI for ordering/rendering doctor on Emomed. Is there a way on the Emomed page that I can change it on line? I have contacted them and am getting the run around, each one telling me something different. Thanks so much for all the help!!

    I think – not positive – you go to eProvider section and there is a box for Alerts
    If you don’t see the box click on the Alerts orange bar. under there you will see Help Center – Adding an NPI as a Provider Admin/Individual Provider It takes you to a YouTube video

    Go to Epassport – Manage NPIs – Go to Add NPIs I Control – Enter NPI in Box then click ADD
    then Submit – Click Finish

    FYI I finally got our standing order doctor changed for Mo Health Net. A Medicaid Technician finally called me from the Provider Enrollment Unit after several attempts to email them and faxing a provider update request. She said she had made the changes of the new doctor even though she said I had faxed in an outdated form. So, she walked me through the steps if I need to do it again in the future(but as of now, it’s still the outdated form, so hopefully she will see that it’s updated)!!
    Go to: MMAC.MO.GOV
    Click on Tab: Providers
    Click on Bullet point: Provider Enrollment
    Click on Bullet point: Provider Enrollment applications & forms
    Click on Bullet point: Provider update request
    Fill out form and fax to them! Hope this helps anyone in the future!!!
