Ours also shows up as a credit on our telephone bills. I don’t recall paying an initial consulting fee….but we have been using them for several years…could be a new fee to get started.
We always have to give our phone company a reminder call, we send them the receipt we have paid to Solix and then they send us a check, sometimes two, per year.
We see credit on our CenturyLink bill. Fee is based on what you are expected to get back. My last two years I have paid 440.47 and 410.01. Give them a call
