Local Public Health Administrators and Managers Only!! Now is the time to register for the FREE Building Expertise in Administration and Management (BEAM) virtual training!!
BEAM is a 15-20 hour, self-paced, interactive online program designed by public health professionals for public health professionals to strengthen foundational business skills. The curriculum is based on six areas that have been identified as learning priorities:
-Strategic Problem Definition
– Budgeting
– Procurement
– Contracts
– Contract Monitoring
– Financial Health
This program will open for the first 50 registrants on January 20. You will then have 3 months (until April 20) to complete the 15-20 hour program at your own pace. To register, please e-mail Diane Weber at moalpha2004@yahoo.com and include your name, title, health department, e-mail address and phone number. The first 50 registrants will be able to begin on January 20. This program will begin again in April 2021.This free program is funded by Missouri Foundation for Health and de Beaumont Foundation.
