Today I received an ERA on Optum from UMR that we did not submit. It does have our TIN# (last 4 digits) and our Provider name but has no NPI listed. Currently we only receive payments for United Health Care (managed care) through OPTUM. I called OPTUM, and they stated I needed to contact UMR. I have tried several numbers, but can’t get through to a “live” person. I found out UHC is affiliated with UMR so I tried their numbers, no “live” person again and mailboxes are full. Does anyone know if there is a way to get it corrected on-line or a number that I can call to actually talk to a “live” person to get it corrected? Thanks for your help!
