Our office staff is having a hard time locating pricing and codes for urine pregnancy testing and Hgb finger stick. Can anyone give us a resource? Thanks
I bill $5.00 for CPT 81025 with diagnosis Z32.01 for positive, Z32.02 for negative. When we do a High Risk Assessment, I also bill $8.55 for it using the CPT H1000 with diagnosis O09.90.
