    Has anyone received these on behalf of Aetna stating they want us to accept an agreed amount due to the client going out of network?

    Both of them are on HomeState clients…If you have, have you signed them?

    We have gotten them mainly with multi plan with Cox. Some of them we would be taking a loss as they would only pay maybe 70% of the claim. If we break even or make a little then we will sign off on them. I have gotten one from Aetna but not with Home State. IF you have questions about it I would call the provider number and talk to them. If you have any other questions always feel free to email me jill.masterson@dadecountyhealth.org. the more we can help each other the better. We have been billing commercial ins for years now and still have questions as they like to change things all the time!
