I received the information from the New Healthy Blue Managed Care team regarding the Mo Health net Managed Care Member Lock in that took effect July 1, 2020.
We have been managed care for a long time and never had any problems getting paid. They have always had Lockin Information on the MoHealth net screen. But from the way I was told by this gentleman, the new thing is there is also a “N-Services Restricted to Following Provide” that will only allow services to be billed if you are that Provider or if you get prior authorization. My question is, does this mean that we won’t be getting paid for WIC or immunizations anymore?? I haven’t seen anyone with this “N” on there eligibility screen yet. Just wondered if anyone else has ran into this issue?
