I just received our letter for Medicare Revalidation for my Roster billing of Medicare Flu Shots. This year there is a $586.00 fee that is with it. We no longer roster bill for Medicare. We do all our immunizations through Vaxcare. My question is, do I need to do all this if I no longer bill them? I guess I am wondering if it will affect anything else. I am assuming that Vaxcare doesn’t use our NPI to bill, correct? So my vaxcare payments wouldn’t be affected. And all our home health is contracted with another agency.
