    Does anyone else have issues with Medicare Railroad claims? I have a railroad PTAN and donw all the edi paperwork and I still get rejects. any suggestions?

    Make sure you are sending claims to the correct payer ID. MR018.

    you may be doing this already, just a thought!

    ALWAYS!! First they said the address was different than what was on application—–always a pain in butt.
