    Looking for someone with knowledge and experience on setting up a Medicare Compliance Policy for our LPHA. Any info is appreciated. Thanks

    Because CMS updates annually a policy isn’t going to help you much.

    Thanks Cheryl. I am trying to make sure we are compliant. Since we are contracted with some of the Medicare Advantage Plans I was told we need to have a policy in place. Some of the research I am doing is confusing me more and more. I will take a look at what you shared.
