ME codes 80 and 89

I am having issue with getting ANYTHING paid for ME codes 80 or 89 this would be STD’s or Pregnancy test and now Webster County is doing Family Planning, I have been told there is a Diagnosis code and that can be associated with these that I can get paid for. Does anyone know what these might be?

Diagnosis has to be in the Z30 range, Z30.9 (Contraceptive Management) works fine if applicable to the claim.

Plan Code 80 or 89 is just for Women’s health. It basically pays for Paps and Birth Control but nothing else (no pregnancy tests or STD’s).
