    Does anyone get reimbursed for lead screenings? If so what diagnosis codes are you using and procedure codes? THANKS

    We bill Medicaid for lead screenings.

    We bill MC+ with Diagnosis code Z77.011 and procedure code 83655 and get paid $9.68

    We then bill the insurance company for the brief visit. We use the same diagnosis code but procedure code 99211 EP for $17.28
