    I just got a denial from Healthy Blue on a 3 1/2 year old that mom is now playing catch up on a ton of immunizations. Health Blue denied saying This CPT code has been denied based on the circumstances in which it was billed.
    They paid the 99211 office visit.

    Call them…I had 2 denied also. They daid was denied because state vaccine is not charge but I explained the charge is not for vaccine but administration that Medicaid allows us to bill. They sent back for review. This was just yesterday that I called can take up to 30 business days for an answer. Have not had this problem before.

    I had a couple I sent back for review and then 2 weeks later I got a letter in mail saying it was reviewed and final. Good luck to you guys!

    I have the same problem, if no results after contacting them, call State Medicaid office.

    I have had several of these over the past three weeks, called and spoke with healthy Blue and asked them to review for system error. It seems to be al VFC claims that are denying for this reason.

    We have 6 denials, starting in June. On Phone with Health Blue now

    States there was a glitch in their system and we should be cut a check 7/5.
