    I am having some issues with Humana claims. I can’t seem to get Humana to pay. When I call Humana, they tell me St Francois Co Health Center is in network but the claims are denying because the patients have no out of network benefits. That doesn’t seem like a legitimate reason if we are in network. I am then told that a prior authorization from the patient’s primary care would be needed. This is for flu of course.
    Anyone else having this problem? If so please guide me to a solution!

    Denise Doering is who I speak with regarding Humana provider concerns. We are fairly close together (I’m the biller for Franklin Co) I do not know if she is in your territory however, I pasted her information below. Worth a shot to try to contact her.
