    We use Patagonia. We sent out our very first batch of COVID 19 HRSA uninsured patients to be billed. Half were rejected, half were accepted, with no discernable difference between one that’s accepted and one that’s rejected.
    When you look at the claim rejection details, it states “21 – Missing or invalid information. Note: At least one other status code is required to identify the missing or invalid information.”

    Any information would be greatly appreciated

    How long did you take to hear back from HRSA? We are still waiting on any information

    I’ve been billing HRSA for over a year now. My problem is getting claims kicked back that say that I was sending in corrected claims wrong when they were my first time claim.

    We are still waiting for payment it has been roughly 3 weeks.
