Is anyone having trouble getting their RA’s from Availity with Healthy Blue?
I haven’t received any RA’s since 9/30/2022. Of course when I call Availity and Healthy Blue they don’t have any answers. I also emailed my rep from HB. Haven’t heard any answers from her. I am aware that Availity is having major issues today but I can’t even get customer service to help.
