Healthy Blue Missouri Claims

I have been trying to bill Healthy Blue Missouri Claims. Billing for WIC and a Hemoglobin. I keep getting rejected because it wants our CLIA number, but there isn’t anyplace to enter it. I called availity customer services and they told me (after 30 mins on the phone trying to figure it out themselves) to try the Prior Authorization code box. Didn’t work.
Anyone have any luck billing these?

I have been told by other insurance companies that the CLIA number goes in Box 19 – Additional Claim information (Designated by NUCC).
