Failure to Appear for a Scheduled Mobile Food Unit Inspection $25
Late Payment Fee. A fee of two dollars ($2) per day shall be assessed for late
payment of fees.
Lost permit Fee. There shall be a $12.50 charge to replace a lost food establishment
permit.($100.00) for issuing a permit to construct an on-site sewage
disposal system
