Does anyone in LPHA claim Depo injections for the 4 medicaid carriers? We get reimbursed for the administration of the shot, just wondering about the shot itself.
We get reimbursed for the administration of the shot (Procedure code 99211) and bill this to the managed care company. We also get reimbursed for the Depo medicine (Procedure code J1050) but we bill this to Mo Healthnet Pharmacy. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
