    We have several Medicare claims that have been denied. Our biller first billed them by the Medicare number. I work on denials and rejections so I rebilled them under what Medicare plan they had — for example, UHC, Humana, etc. and they were denied again. Could someone give us helpful tips on how to bill Medicare? They were all for flu shots.
