    I am having trouble with Home State paying the 90480 admin fee for covid. All the other M/C plans have paid, just not Home State. Any suggestions?

    I have billed several along with the cpt for the Covid vaccine and have the covid as zero charge. So far we are getting reimbursed. We bill through CureMD

    So there is no fee schedule for Covid CPT 91322 or 91321 for children under the age of 19?
    And use the CPT admin fee 90480.
