Covid/Influenza billing

Can someone help me out? We use CureMD to bill and I am wondering how you bill for Covid/Admin 90480 and an Influenza 90686 when given on the same day? Do you put on the same billing claim or bill them seperately?

We don’t use CureMD but we bill on same claim.

We use cure and both are on the same claim but use the medicare code G0008 for flu admin

We have CureMD also and we bill on the same claim using the G0008 for Medicare flu admin or 90471 if not Medicare.

I have done the same with Patagonia. Administration 90480 for Covid and 90471 for flu on the same claim without a problem (Medicaid).
