Is anyone having trouble collecting the 90480 admin fee for the Covid vaccine from M/C?
And do you have to bill it along with another service to get payment?

So we do not use the admin code when billing Medicaid for vaccines as they never paid, we use the office visit and the vaccine.

99211 office visit $20
91320 vaccine $20

For this claim (child’s Pfizer vaccine), Medicaid paid $19.16 for the office visit code

I am having trouble with Home State paying the 90480 admin fee for covid. All the other M/C plans have paid, just not Home State. Any suggestions?
