    anyone billed commercial insurance like united health care for covid-19 vaccine? If so did you use dx code z23 and cpt codes 0011A? I understand we can only get reimbursed for the admin not the shot itself.

    Yes I have billed straight Anthem & UHC. Use Z23 and same CPT codes for what brand of Vaccine given.
