    I have a client who is wanting to have Typhoid vaccine for traveling, He has Medicare. Has anyone billed for this? My cpt code would be 90690, but i am not for sure if my diagnosis code would be Z71. 84 – Encounter for health counseling related to travel.
    Thanks for the advice in advance.
