Billing separate prices for flu

I know that you can not bill separate prices for the same cpt code for flu if you are billing insurance. But what if you are billing for corporations that are paying for the flu shot for their employees? Can you give a discount for companies that pay for large numbers of employees?

I understand it as, as long as you don’t bill them more, you can charge whatever you want. So if you wanted to give a discount of say 3.00 per shot because of a long group, as long as you document that, it should be fine.
