We are trying to get back to billing after our biller left several months ago. I’ve not done much of the billing yet but have been successful so far in getting reimbursement. We did not receive an EOB with the check Anthem sent, so I’m not sure how to find out who they are paying on. I have spent time spinning my wheels on their website looking for the correct contact number and I sent an email last week with no response. Does anyone have a contact phone number for claims that they can pass along?
