I have a question (or two) In billing private insurance immunizations the administrative codes 90460, 90461, 90470 and 90471 are used (90473 and 90474 oral or nasal) I am wanting to know the process for using these that you suggest lets say DTAP under 18 and TDAP for over 18? How would you bill this? Thank you for any help!

I have been billing commercial insurance for about 2 years. You are more than welcome to give me a call to explain the way I bill, further into depth. It is a lot to explain and I do not want it to get misunderstood.
