I am having trouble finding info on how we need to bill for 2nd Boosters for Pfizer and Moderna. Can anyone point me in the correct direction? Thank you!
For Pfizer it is 0004A and I would assume the same for Moderna’s next chronological number. I just googled the procedure code and it came up as a billing code for Pfizer.
We used 0004A for Pfizers 1st Booster- trying to find out if we use that same code code for the 2ns booster. Usually CMS is good about releasing the billing info but I haven’t seen anything on second boosters yet. We just got our orders for 2nd boosters for Pfizer and Moderna for 50yrs+ OR 12+ and immune compromised AND at least 4 months since your last dose-
If anyone finds any info on this- Please let me know.
