It is time to submit your nominations for the MoALPHA Awards to be presented at the Annual Conference in September!! Please take a few minutes to nominate someone you believe should be recognized for their work in local public health. Please go to the Document Drawer to 2019 Call for Awards Nominations for the nomination form and descriptions of the awards categories. There are four award categories described in the document:
Mentor
Legislative Friend
Excellence in Collaboration
Special AwardThe deadline to receive your nominations is Friday, September 6. Please make as many nominations as you wish!! Let me know if you have any questions.
