I have had some success in billing purchased vaccine for adults- bill both MC+ plan and MOHNET. MC+ plan should cover adm fee but gamble if does. I just bill MOHNET as it separates pharmacy and medical. Billing to pharmacy directly is hard and seemed like never get paid.
