Job Description:
This position is responsible for preparing and serving meals, maintaining food preparation, and serving areas, receiving, and storing food supplies for a medium size kitchen in a shelter. Must ensure that the kitchen and dining area always remain clean and must maintain Health Department standards for cleanliness in the kitchen and dining facility. Must have experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils.

Minimum Qualifications:
