I know this isn’t really a billing question but does anyone do business with Solix Inc? The company that pays a portion of your phone bills for you?
I haven’t received any payment from there, yet I received a bill for 400.00 for a Consulting fee.
Anyone tell me more information about them?

MeganOurs also shows up as a credit on our telephone bills. I don’t recall paying an initial consulting fee….but we have been using them for several years…could be a new fee to get started.
Our credit is not on our phone bill, but by way of a check from AT&T, usually in August. We pay our fee in December.
We always have to give our phone company a reminder call, we send them the receipt we have paid to Solix and then they send us a check, sometimes two, per year.
We see credit on our CenturyLink bill. Fee is based on what you are expected to get back. My last two years I have paid 440.47 and 410.01. Give them a call
