When I called UHC, they told me that it should be covered since all the other vaccine codes were paid. She is sending it back for review and will take 15 days.
Any update on this? We got paid for Vaxelis by UnitedHealthcare for immunizations on 10/19/22 and now they’ve sent us a Refund Request saying it should be paid for by MO Medicaid.
We billed for others in February/March and they are getting denied by UHC and MO Medicaid.
