I know that there are a lot of new folks trying to bill a variety of services. The LPHA Billing Manual is so far out of date it isn’t funny so if you need information Medicaid puts out ‘Bulletins’. You can find them at https://dss.mo.gov/mhd/providers/pages/bulletins.htm
