We are doing WIC over the phone due to COVID-19. Does anyone know if we are allowed to bill for an office visit for telehealth services for WIC?
I would say no because you aren’t doing any kind of face to face encounter. There is no BP, Height, weight etc being done.

That’s what I was thinking but I didn’t know if Medicaid or any other payers had made any exceptions during this time.
Did everyone see the Friday Facts last week. It has information regarding being able to bill telehealth WIC visit.
