Bill MC+ for COVID vaccine and if it denies admin just bill admin fee to healthy blue. Make sure and enter NDC and dose when billing for COVID or flu vaccine on MC+. I billed $145.92 which is the medicare allowable and its paying $129.50 for COVID vaccine
