In our area (Benton County) most children in State care/custody are enrolled in the Show Me Healthy Kids which is a division of Home State Health Medicaid. So they are billed through HSH not EmoMed. I would double check in EmoMed eligibility that they have not been reassigned to the Show Me Healthy Kids program.
