I have had a complete turnover of nursing staff. A couple of the Reps (Sanofi and GSK) have been instrumental in assisting me with training the new nurses about different products and usage. But we set up a mutually agreed upon time and date for them to come in. If they just show up and I am busy I do the same as Joplin said above.
