I have also gotten paid by for 90619 SL with all of the Managed Care companies except for Healthy Blue. I at first thought it was still from the glitch in their system but they went back and paid me for all the immunizations I had originally gotten denied for EXCEPT 90619 SL. I sent an email to our Healthy Blue Patient Rep. and she is checking into this.
