    Hello, We are having some issues with getting our Medicare claims paid, When we bill the claim it gets rejected with “Acknowledgement Rejected for Invalid Information – The claim encounter has invalid information as specified in the Status details and has been rejected. Subscriber contract member number.” The actual medicare number was put in (looking at the card) Any ideas? Also because we only have a “Temporary ID” to bill for Covid only for now, Is there somewhere to look up the Medicare numbers? Thank you in advance!

    You might already have this figured out but just in case.
    I havent had any issue billing medicare, only medicare railroad. Make sure they have the New cards that have id # NOT old card with their social as ID#. What program do you use for your billing? We use Office Ally or Availity.
    Here is where I go to check eligibility and to look up their medicare number. You have to register https://www.wpsgha.com/wps/portal
    since you bill original medicare first not Supplemental which is backwards from flu billing ive had to look up so many. feel free to email me jill.masterson@dadecountyhealth.org
