KeymasterOn March 22, 2022 at 11:59 pm ET, the HRSA COVID-19 Uninsured Program will stop accepting claims for testing and treatment due to lack of sufficient funds.
On April 5, 2022 at 11:59 pm ET, the HRSA COVID-19 Uninsured Program will also stop accepting vaccination claims due to a lack of sufficient funds.
So we charge $6 for a single componet vaccination for our VFC-317 vaccine for uninsured.
What are other LPHA’s going to do as of April 6?March 17, 2022 at 11:48 am #19277Missouri Public Health Association
KeymasterCheryl, isn’t this just referring to COVID vaccines and COVID treatment? I charge HRSA $40 for a COVID vaccine.

KeymasterI copied and pasted from HRSA site. More information is at

KeymasterThank you for the link Cheryl,
I also believe this is just for Covid related services, we also charge $40.00 to HRSA for the administration of a Covid vaccine.
Everyone should be aware of this little note in the HRSA submission deadline link: “Note: per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Requirements for COVID-19 Vaccination Program Providers, providers must continue to administer COVID-19 vaccines at no out-of-pocket cost to recipients.”
No more funding for us but we MUST continue to provide at no cost to the recipient, sounds like a good way to stay in business???

KeymasterPLEASE HELP 🙂
We received 3 HRSA COVID RAs back on May 10, 11, & 13 and we never received payment from HRSA. Has anyone else had this issue? I know they said they would pay until they ran out of money but I didn’t think they would give us an RA if they weren’t going to pay us.

KeymasterKayla, I guess I don’t understand the problem. They sent you an RA with zero payment? Or did they pay you on some old claims prior to March/April?

KeymasterKayla HRSA is aware that its a problem. Call them and let them know you haven’t received the payment. I finally got mine last week
