We are an LPHA and I am getting denials for billing an office visit with a pap cpt Q0091 due to bundling. Can someone share how you bill Medicaid?
Medicaid has provider bulletins that has the updates. https://mydss.mo.gov/mhd/news
If you call them you can ask which bulletin has the most up to date info for the item you want to bill. I will dig around and see what I can find for you. I’ll put it in this thread when I find it.
